Raptor Expeditions is a unique off road adventure business. We offer 3 different adventure types designed to appeal to all experience levels. Our purpose is to draw Ford Raptor owners out of the urban jungle and into the Raptor’s natural habitat, and to do it in a safe, enjoyable and exciting way.
For the beginner:
We understand that taking your brand new $50k daily driver 100‘s of miles through the harsh desert terrain sounds a little crazy. But that’s why we’re here. Join us and you can expect to learn everything there is to know about your Raptor and its controls, you’ll pick up new driving skills and get you feet wet in the world off road driving, off road truck handling, off road equipment use and trail navigation all while under the trained eye of Raptor Expeditions. We honestly believe the only stupid question is the one you don’t ask.
For the veteran:
Any one of our adventure types is a great way to get out of the house and go off road with other Ford Raptor owners. You’ll get to share your knowledge, experiences and stories, as well as learn from our top desert racing experts as you push your truck and yourself as hard as you dare.
No matter your level, when you join a Raptor Expeditions adventure, all your questions will be answered, you’ll learn from the best and you’ll get to find out just what being a Raptor owner is all about. We pre run and map every route we take long before we host an event, using high tech GPS navigation and tracking (the same units you’ll have an opportunity to rent or purchase); in this way we are able to highlight and expose most hidden dangers on the trail. Every vehicle in each group is in constant contact via VHF radio (bring your own, or rent or purchase on of ours), so you are constantly in the loop. And we are extremely proud to introduce Raptor Expedition’s exclusive “Raptor Tracker” technology; your friends and family back home will know exactly where you are at any time via our web based interface.
These are just a few of the exciting things that make a Raptor Expeditions adventure safe, fun, memorable and unique regardless of your background or experience.
Raptor Expeditions is proud to announce three distinct adventure types: The Expedition, The Run, and The Rally! Before getting into the differences between each, here is what they all have in common:
-each adventure is hosted by a Raptor Expeditions approved leader. Your leader will join you on the trip and ensure it runs smoothly and safely.
-the Run’s and Rallies are pre planned, pre run and comes complete with point to point trail information, start and end points and expected times, and fuel and resupply points.
-you have full access to our website both before and after the adventure. This will be your at home gateway to off road adventuring. You’ll read about all the specifics of a particular upcoming adventure, you’ll experience past adventure reports. Read reports, see pictures, watch videos, learn who won the awards, meet our crew, learn about our “RSV” Raptor Support Vehicles, learn about trail safety and equipment and much more.
